The laser is the easy part.

You know how this usually goes. A practice invests in good technology. Six months later it is in a back room under a sheet, and nobody brings it up at the staff meeting.

The technology was rarely the problem. Nobody was trained past the install day. No protocols were built around it. Front desk never learned how to bring it up. The patients who needed it most never knew it existed.

That is a launch problem, not an equipment problem. It is also the primary problem Visnova was built to solve. Talk to a Visnova practice specialist today and get a complete launch system built to grow your business.

What You Actually Get

One program. Four things handled.

Everything below ships with the system. None of it is an upgrade or an add-on. It's all included.

The Laser

Five wavelengths, five applicators, 42W continuous and 57W peak.

Training

Live and on-demand, for you and every member of your staff.

Marketing

30 days of done-for-you campaigns plus printed materials.

The Playbook

The step-by-step launch that turns the device into a producing service.

What Makes Visnova Different

Five wavelengths. One complete solution.

Different wavelengths are absorbed at different depths. A single-wavelength laser reaches one band of tissue well. Five wavelengths let you select the depth the case actually calls for, from surface skin to deep joint.

ATP production, muscle and tendon repair, inflammation

915nm

980nm

Near-infrared

Vasodilation, circulation, anti-inflammatory

1064nm

7 to 10cm+

Deep tissue, disc, hip, joint, deep scar remodeling

Five Specialized Applicators

The right head for the right region.

Some are handheld and worked over the tissue by your provider, the way laser therapy is traditionally delivered. Others lock into a mechanical arm that positions over the patient and holds the beam on target for the whole session, unattended. That is the difference between treating one room at a time and one person covering several.

How Visnova Laser Therapy Works

Three things happen in the tissue.

Boosts ATP

Fuels depleted cells to repair.

Increases circulation

Floods tissue with oxygen.

Reduces inflammation

Lowers pain-driving cytokines.

Published Evidence

Backed by peer-reviewed research.

Three of the conditions you see most, and the published research behind them.

Knee Osteoarthritis

Specialty guideline

The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons' 2021 clinical practice guideline for knee osteoarthritis states that laser therapy may be used to improve pain and function. A separate meta-analysis of 22 placebo-controlled trials covering 1,063 patients found laser therapy reduced pain by 14.2 points on a 100-point scale compared with placebo.

Neck Pain

16 RCTs · 820 patients

A systematic review and meta-analysis published in The Lancet pooled sixteen randomized trials. In chronic neck pain, patients receiving laser therapy were four times as likely to report improvement as those receiving placebo, a result drawn from five trials with very low statistical variation between them.

Class IV Across Conditions

44 RCTs · 3,107 patients

The largest analysis of high-intensity Class IV laser therapy to date pooled forty-four randomized controlled trials spanning neck, shoulder, elbow, low back, knee, foot, and jaw conditions. It found meaningful improvement in physical function alongside reduced pain across that range of presentations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the system cost?

$29,995 for the complete system. That figure covers the laser, all five applicators, the clinical protocols, Academy training for your whole team, Personal Concierge Onboarding, marketing, and printed patient materials, plus a 3 year system warranty. A Visnova Practice Specialist can walk you through what it looks like for a practice your size.

Are there consumables or ongoing costs?

Class IV lasers have no per-session consumable. There is no electrode, no shot-count part, and nothing to reorder between patients, which is one of the real advantages of laser over other modalities in this category. What does have a service life is the laser diode itself, and periodic calibration is normal on any system. A specialist will give you Visnova's service intervals and exactly what the 3 year warranty covers.

Is this covered by insurance, and what do practices charge?

Laser therapy is generally delivered as a cash service in the United States. The modality codes that exist reimburse at low rates and coverage is inconsistent between payers. For a practice working to reduce its dependence on reimbursement, that is the point rather than a drawback. Practices typically price by session or by package depending on the market, and a specialist can walk you through what that looks like against your patient volume.

How long does a session take?

Most Class IV laser sessions run roughly five to fifteen minutes depending on the region and the dose. Power is what shortens that, because the energy delivered is a function of power and time. At 42W continuous, a given dose lands faster than it would on a lower-powered system, which is the practical reason it fits into an existing schedule. A specialist can map protocol times against how your day is built.

Can my staff run it, or does it have to be me?

In most practices, laser sessions are delivered by trained clinical staff rather than the owner. Sessions are short and protocol driven, which is what makes delegation practical in the first place. What is permitted depends on your state and your license type. Visnova Academy trains your whole team rather than just you, and a specialist can tell you how delegation works for your license.

Does someone need to stay in the room during a session?

Not always, and that is the practical difference between the applicators. Some are handheld and worked over the tissue by the provider, which is how laser therapy is traditionally delivered. Others lock into a mechanical arm that positions over the patient and holds the beam on target, so your team can start the session and move to the next room. Which one you use depends on the case and the region. What is permitted also depends on your state and your license type, and a specialist can tell you how that applies to your practice.

Am I allowed to offer this in my state?

Scope of practice varies by state and by license, and your state board is the final word. Most broad-scope states permit it, though a few define modality scope narrowly enough to be worth checking before you buy. A specialist can point you toward what applies where you practice.

What does five wavelengths actually change for me?

Each wavelength is absorbed at a different depth, so the wavelength you select determines which tissue receives the energy. 635nm reaches skin and surface nerve tissue. 1064nm reaches deep joint and disc. A single-wavelength laser covers one band well. Five lets you match the wavelength to the case rather than working around the device.

How much space does it need?

Class IV laser systems are compact enough for a standard treatment room and portable enough to move between rooms rather than being fixed to one. You will also need to plan for basic laser safety in the room, including eyewear for the operator and the patient. A specialist will give you the exact footprint and what the room needs.

What does the warranty cover?

The system carries a 3 year warranty. On any laser, the questions worth asking are what the applicators and the diode are covered for separately from the system itself, and whether a loaner is provided if the unit goes in for service. A specialist will give you Visnova's exact terms in writing.

What happens after I fill out the form?

A Visnova Practice Specialist calls you to discuss your practice, your space, and your patient mix. You will know exactly where you stand and you decide what happens from there.
